I’m a sucker for motion typography. This one is especially well-done, and it keeps the grunginess of Fight Club.

Insane Illustrator Screenshot Animation
Chad Pugh is a crazy guy with crazy illustrator chops. He took a screenshot every couple of seconds while doing up this massive image. Looking at the final project, however, I’m thinking “Where’s the work?” All the little details disappear when zoomed out. Oh well, if anything, it’s an overview of different techniques in illustrator, [...]
Sketchy foam furniture is fun to make
Check out this very original way to make furniture. The technique involves drawing it in 3D using motion capture equipment, and then creating it with foam using a prototype machine. Not very practical, but the ’sketchy’ look of the furniture is pretty cool-looking.

Very well-done wall-painted animation
This must have taken a long time. You must see this to believe it. It’s a compilation of Blu’s past animations set to music. Dude’s work isn’t exactly my cup of tea, but he definitely has style and ambition. Respect.

The Ocean’s 11 setup described through typography
Love the movie, and I really love when they’re describing the difficult heist at-hand. The typography in this video accompanies it perfectly, with some clever details thrown in to boot.
Royksopp - Remind Me
This has to be one of the most amazing videos I’ve ever seen. There are so many little details packed in here. Watch a day in the life of this girl.
Insanely good typography music video
Check out this great music video by Cuarteto de Nos, some random Uruguayan Band I came across. My jaw dropped when I saw this; motion typography done to the highest level. The color choices and the little vector thingies are perfect.
Creepy ad for geneaology show
Cool photo. Kind of scary, really. Does the face have to look that evil?
Very cool pop-up book of the alphabet
Wow. Marion Bataille’s ABC3D pop-up book would be very cool to own, indeed. Check out the transitions between the letters; some of them are obvious, but most of them are so smart, it makes me want to take a pair of scissors and destroy the book so no one else can see it. Yeah, it’s [...]
